1. Booking Terms
All bookings made with KP Nails and Beauty are subject to these terms and conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Bookings are automatically confirmed through our booking system. We reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies or availability.
Please ensure you book the correct service and duration. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a charge or refusal of future bookings.
No-shows will be noted and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Prices are as advertised at the time of booking and are in GBP.
No deposit is required to secure your booking.
4. Service and Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you have any concerns about your service, please speak up immediately during your appointment so we can address them.
We cannot offer refunds for issues raised after you've left the salon.
Your satisfaction is important to us - please communicate any preferences or concerns during your service.
5. Consultation and Patch Tests
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.
Certain treatments may require a patch test 48 hours before your appointment.
It's your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in us refusing service for your safety.
6. Client Conduct
We expect all clients to be polite and respectful to staff and other clients.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
If you're unhappy with any aspect of your service (colour, design, etc.), please speak up immediately rather than waiting until the end.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.
7. Health and Safety
For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon due to chemicals and fumes.
Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your treatment.
We maintain strict hygiene standards and expect clients to follow any health and safety instructions given.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent during treatments.
8. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes.
We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
You can request to see what information we hold about you at any time.
We will only contact you regarding your appointments unless you opt in to marketing communications.
9. Home Salon Guidelines
KP Nails and Beauty operates from a home salon. Please respect the residential setting.
The full address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.
Parking instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
